  • How can I contact with you?

    You can contact us in 3 different ways:

  • What are the hours of customer service?

    Our customer service hours are from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. without interruption.


  • Is there a minimum of kilos per order?

    Yes, the minimum order is 5 kg, the smallest box we offer.

  • How can I order?

    The order is made on our website: in the “Shop” section. Just select
    what type of fruit you want and follow the steps of the purchase.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    Payment can be made either by credit card or through Paypal.

  • Where do I have to store my oranges?

    You can store the oranges in the fruit bowl of the refrigerator. They can also be stored in a cool and ventilated place avoiding hot or humid places. You can leave the oranges in the wooden box or sprinkle them to circulate more air between them. It is also preferable to keep them away from other fruits whose maturation affects the orange.

  • How long can I store my oranges at home?

    Being freshly caught you can keep your oranges 15 days as long as you follow the above directions.


  • How are citrus fruits packed?

    We pack our oranges in a natural and sustainable way. The process is simple, the oranges are given a cloth of linen or cotton to clean the dust of the field and put in a wooden box which in turn is inserted into a cardboard and is ready to reach their homes.

  • When is my order collected?

    It is harvested the following morning of receiving the order so that the fruit arrives directly from the tree to its table.

  • How long does it take to get an order?

    We send our oranges and mandarins within 24 hours (it can reach severals days according to destination). Although orders can be made every day of the week, deliveries will only be made Monday through Friday.

  • Why are Thursday and Friday orders being prepared on Monday?

    Orders received on Thursdays and Fridays are sent them the following Monday in the morning as the transport companies do not distribute the weekends and therefore the fruit would not arrive as fresh as we wish.

  • What happens if you can not prepare my order?

    If for some reason we have been unable to pick the oranges on the day of your order we will call you to let you know or we will send you an email on the day of your order.

  • What happens if there is no one at home when the courier passes by?

    The dealer will revert to three times at no cost.
